It would be nice if intellectual property got treated like PROPERTY again, and could not be traded around like bubblegum cards. We (most of us) respect the right of the owner of photography to decide how it is used, but the owner of musical property gets a swift kick in the nuts even out of people who wouldn't dream of putting up a pirated photo.
