The hat is way to small for the size of his head and he is just wearing it all wrong. Allowing for beams to enter into the right side of his brain and cause all sorts of issues.
Not to mention the maker totally forgot the required point at the top to beam out the bad waves. As it stands it will pick up every brainwave beam that is bounced off of the super satalights that then ricochet off of pavement and or cement. Then the dome like structure with no exit focal point will just keep the thought waves bouncing around in your head causing maxium effect.
