Watching COPS and you would think EVERY police search of a vehicle turns up drugs. They never show the searches that turn up nothing. The fact is only 28% of all police vehicle searches turn up anything at all. Nice PR for law enforcement to justify turning the country into a police state.

They dont show those on cops because nobody would watch boring shit that ended up with nothing. Its hollywood , so you have to expect that they are going to show things that are dramatic..
It is a good de-sensitization process, but def not checked very closely. I often see cops not following procedure , infact in almost every cops theres a few. Some are downright negligence..
Case in point. A cops i watched showed a policeman arrive ata house on fire call, and he proceeded to smash out the windows of this poor old ladies house one by one and almost give the old lady a heart attack , and in the end the stupid cop had the wrong house.. And to top it all off at the end of it all, the cop and cameraman get back in the car and leave the poor old lady with no front door and in tears on her doorstep scared and confused ( as she had been sleeping )hatisblack at yahoo.comComment
