"Please honestly share your personal opinions about lacking food in rest of the World and your solution for it!"
It fails, because
in Africa, people don't know what "food" means (They simply don't have food!)
in West Europe, people don't know what "lacking" means
in Middle-East, people don't know what "solution" means
in South America, people don't know what "please" means
in Israel, people don't know what "honesty" means
and in North America, people don't know what is "rest of the world"
