still getting over the flu. the first day, i slept for more than 20 hours...the second day, i took a 4 hour nap in the 14 hours i was awake......but the 3rd day, i felt fine..even went for a 1 mile jog first thing in the morning...

then yesterday, an hour after I woke up, I started feeling like shit again

today i feel fine (so far). we'll see if i finally shook this thing off.

Whenever I feel a cold coming on, I drink a glass of orange juice and do some type of cardiovascular exercise until I've managed to sweat it all out.

Our whole family has had it since, we returned from Atlanta.

Just now, getting our energy back...it's been a horrible cold/flu virus!
Ibuprofen, has been great.

I was thinking, that some people think that the hurricanes, were man made, but they can't cure the common cold virus...LOL
