The problem was a Bank of America error -- you should have received a FedEx letter of apology from Bank of America...
I use Bank of America also -- they send the check to a different department after rejection -- and they try to run it through again... I'm wondering when you tried to deposit this check...
Anyway they offered to cut me another check overnight if there were any problems w/ my bank...
