Yeah heard the funny story about the "ring"?
They are still working on it(but it's all ok now) anyway. Yesterday, some company should start working on the road at 7 PM. The poor Belgium guy, thought he should start 7AM. So he blocked the roads, started working etc. And a HUGE traffic Jam was the result :-)
