    Helio Gracie and Me

    This guy is 90 years old and could probably whip my ass, he's Grandmaster Helio Gracie, originator of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the first and most famous no holds barred fighter ever.

    Just felt like sharing. This was my big event for the night.

                      he is, but he can scoot up and down stairs, he drives, he flies back and forth from Brazil to the US all the time and when he applies a choke his arms feel like steel, totally inescapable.

                      If you can survive BJJ without getting your neck broken, it'll keep you in good shape all your life. There are a couple 60 yr old guys who still do tournaments and stuff around here and they're still dangerous men.
