So this Model Fucks me over, it's time for a little payback (cool Pic)

Ready for some Drama GFY? Good, cause I would like to ask for a little help.

I hire a model on OMP to do a nude shoot. She wanted a Plane Ticket, an expensive Hotel room, to shoot in, and a few Bucks, along with copies of the stills and vid for her new site. So I sent the plane ticket, booked the room, and then instead of showing up at noon with her Mom ready to shoot as discussed. She shows up at the airport at Ten that night with her ghetto BF wearing his backwards baseball cap, who answers every question for her. BTW my name is not Look Dude.

Now, no way am I shooting her with this guy there, I wouldn't trust him around my camera bag. Not that the model is ready to be shot anyway. She had on a torn shirt, no make up, and her hair was all stingy and flat, like it needed a wash. Then, the loser announces that they can't ride in the brand new car with the other photographer (who was also going to hire her) and I to the Hotel. He wants cab fare (cash), and they'll follow us.

When I balk at that, the princess says I'm rude, and they stomp off to the cab stand. I calmly go climb in the car with he other photographer, and have him drive me home as I get on the cellphone, cancel the Hotel Room, and her return plane ticket. Thank Goodness I still had not given her the cash.

So, I made a post on a modeling forum telling the other photogs to look out. Bam, she posts that we were in a beat up old car, blah, blah, nonsense, and naturally a couple of kiss ass photogs who have shot with her join in, and everybody has a great day slamming me on that forum, and another one on a yahoo site that won't let me join. Naturally she won't give back the money for the plane ticket either.

So, here's the favor I would like to ask. There is a bikini contest at http://www.msbikiniworld.com/ and she is in first right now. Last month a latina girl beat her because somebody spammed all the latina groups on yahoo, asking for the vote (worked really well too) This month she's in first and I would take it as a personal favor if a few of you would go there and vote for this girl http://www.msbikiniworld.com/contestant.php?id=424242

All you have to do to register is give them an email to verify, so nobody votes more than once a day. The Bucci Twins are on there this month too, and you could vote for them, your choice.

I don't know who this guy is, but more than likely he's another one of her suck ups. She has a fan club of so called photographers, that is guys with a digital camera, who also have a daytime job doing something else. This is the same crap being posted about me on their yahoo group.

I've made a full time living with my cameras since 91. I've shot over 150 one hour or longer Videos, for Promotions, Magic Moments, Astral Ocean Cinema, VMC Video, Lezlove Video, and PT Productions to name a few. Some of you here have even bought content from me.

It's guys like the one above who spoil these OMP Princesses. I hope she does show up and slander me. You guys will love her spelling, she's straight out of the trailer, and there is no way she can explain not refunding my money for the plane ticket, which is what an honest person would do.

The rest of you who actually shoot content know what I am putting up with here.

The story behind that is this. She wanted me to Western Union her $200.00 cash so that she could drive up from Houston with her Mom. Then she emailed me saying that Mom could not make it, and that she would take the bus.

I felt sorry for her, and did not think that a 5'3" 18 year old blonde from the country on a bus was a good idea, (she's not very wordly she did not know what she would be getting into) not to mention what a great mood it would put her in to shoot. So I bought the Plane ticket because I felt sorry for her, and because I wanted a model who was fresh and ready to shoot.

She made it sound as though she was too poor to get here any other way. Then she shows up with the hood she introduces as her cousin, and she wanted to bring along some guy she met on the plane too.

I don't know who this guy is that's bashing me, but he was not there, he does not know what happened, and I have over a hundred emails from this model over the course of a week, replying to my emails answering every question she had, and explaining everything to her in detail.

Like I said above, those of you who are in the biz, and put up with this crap on a regular basis know what I'm talking about. As for Mr Basher, if she's such a wonderful person why doesn't she refund my hundred bucks? I'll tell you why, because she had no intention of shooting with me in the first place.

You see Models get paid after the work is done. She wanted the money upfront, and the room paid for first, before she did the work. Those conditions are more condusive to another line of work.

As for posting a link to that forum. The one where I am being bashed and I can't post to defend myself? Why the hell would I want to do that?

Thank You GFY! Misty is in first place, and I am smiling! I really appreciate the support from some of you on this board who are tired of putting up with the same crap that I have to from these (wanna be, won't last 6 months) models.

As for the mr uchase, that should be ushitstirrer btw. The model won't tell her side of the story, the poor little thing wants to put it behind her. hell, if I got caught trying to rip somebody off I'd want mommy to make it all go away too.

Anyway since I'm not a photographer, nobody will will probably want to save this image, but it is one of the nicer ones I shot this summer. Buying a model a plane ticket is a very very bad idea.

Mostly because of a federal law called "The Mann Act" which SPECIFICLLY makes it illegal to "transport a person across state lines for an immoral purpose".

Thats the exact words and few could argue that porn is immoral.
With the expected crackdowns on porn this WILL be one of the laws the feds will use against us. Be smart.

I have found when dealing with girls on OMP it's far better to make them come to you and offer them 200 or so more than you normally pay...It weeds out the trash like the one you experienced.

My point is the model was trying to scam from the gitgo. She's an OMP princess who's trying to run game. Some of us are trying to make a living here, and the shitstirrer from down under ain't helping any.

I would not have gotten so mad if the model had refunded my money for the plane tocket she used like an honorable businessperson would have. But then all these pretend photogs posted that I was a predator with a camera on a site I can't post on. So I posted here where she is not smart enough to post on.

First of all, do you shoot in this biz? Second she showed up with unwashed hair that looked dirty, and stringy knowing she was supposed to shoot that night. Third, the Hotel room was two hundred a night, on top ogf her modeling fees, we had at best two hours to shoot that night and maybe an hour in the morning before checkout.

I could care less what she wore, but she could have at least worn clean clothes that were not ripped. Folks it's a job, mickey d's would have sent her home. I hired a person for a job, I expected them to show up ready to do that job.

That's the bottom line. After a week of emails, you would thgink... Ah hell, Mary D splain them for me what it's like.

Its not easy finding good reliable talent and when i hear story's like this it reinforces the practice we started 4 years ago. We never prepay air fare, we don't shoot with so called boyfriends/ managers/ agents tagging along. We will meet them before the shoot but trying to shoot while some no it all is distracting the model has happened too many times in the past to be funny.

In the last year we have hired or tried to hire from many web sites that purport to be managers or agency's, i won't post names ( yet ) but the last 3 we tried, who had some excellent models didn't even have the business acumen to reply to our offers of work. These models are cute enough to work almost daily but with this sort of management i doubt they work one day a month ?

Anyway it might be an idea to make up some sort of document / contract setting out your requirements payments and expectations then get them to sign it. Should they hesitate or refuse then its safe to say they have no intention of shooting with you.
