    Mixing MP3s?? [[HELP]]

I have to put on my "amateur dj" hat and mix together a bunch of dance/house songs for a party. I've never mixed tunes on a PC before, purely old-school vinyl ... so anyone familiar with good software for this?

Don't need anything too fancy, just have to be able to adjust tempos, etc. and output/save in MP3 format.

    www.pcdj.com

or you can do what alot of studio djs do and buy sony's acid pro and glue them together using their beatmapper. either way it wont sound as good as mixing it live, but people who don't have a production ear proabaly wont be able to tell.

whats your address, i'll send you a cd or two.

Traktor is excellent if you plan beatmixing and putting on a show, it is personally my favorite of all the mp3 mixing programs...

Mobile DJ Pro is my favorite program if you don't require beat matching or anything...fucking incredible program

as a professional dj for 15 years now, traktor is the most amazing program for someone that doesn't have turntables...

plus, now Allen and Heath is coming out with a mixer that syncs up to your pc and has templates for Traktor, you can mix in Traktor straight from your mixing board, with manual controls away from the pc
