I did that a few years ago. The most important thing is finding a girl who is stable. Of course that filters out 90% of females and about 99% of models.

Couple easy tips to live by:
Never do profit sharing or a percentage pay with a model.
Shoot as much up front as possible and when you shoot a girl shoot her like its the last time you will ever see her.
Never overpay a model.

The other girl is the daughter of Satan. She bitches constantly, never gets me new updates (her site hasn't been updated in over a year), never interacts with her members, and threatens to sue me if the check is five minutes late. That's why I have been bitching at Ibill all day. If I'm gonna get it from her, they are gonna get it from me.
The complete irony in all this is that both sites get lots of new members and retain them incredibly well. Fans of a particular model will be loyal as hell.
