    What is stats shaving, for real?

    ok i admit i dont know exactly what it is and what ways it can be done, but if i were to guess at which ways of shaving there is i would guess these:

    cut off rebills after certain amount of months (i actually do believe some, and quite a few sponsors do this)

    shave of actual sales, like shave a percentage? like if you really make them 10 sales you get credit for 8 (that means they would have it set at 20% shave)

    are these the ways? anymore ways you think possible?

      Sponsors don't shave stats or "traffic"... only signups.

          well yea, when i explained it came out wrong, since to me signups are my stats

                      All you can really do is find a sponsor that you think is honest and watch your stats closely.

                                          you shave sales @ this % and traffic @ this % so everything looks about right on the users end

                                              we don't shave at all.... no Hits, no sign ups and we will never turn off the rebills

                                              we pay on Trial sign-ups and we have Rev-share as well,the choice is yours. We use ES so we can't shave even if we wanted too..

                                              That is why we convert great sign up now and watch your sales roll in
