    If only that was true....

    100% Guaranteed Network Uptime
    100% Guaranteed Power Uptime

How about a 100% server uptime? Or even 70%???
Mine went crashing down every hour for 5 minutes.

My dedicated server with you guys was so bad that I needed to change hosts again within a week cause there was "some error in a script"that you could not fix.
I paid 1500$ by bank cause you refused to take foreign creditcards. I never saw that money back eventhough we agreed on this.
    You were a rotten experience.

      Perhaps you should read:

      100% Guaranteed Network Uptime
      100% Guaranteed Power Uptime

      Does it say server anywhere?

Also, we fixed the script for you, otherwise you'd be having the same issues with your new host.

Not to mention giving you 50mbps of bandwidth the entire time you were with us.

You were a pain to us, not the other way around. Get over it Pat, you dont know what you're doing, and looking for the easy way to blame someone, when we did all we could to help you, and fixed your script for you. (" otherwise you'd be having the same issues with your new host.")

Next time, make sure you have a working script before blaming the host for something which is your fault.
I dont mind having to fix scripts, but if youre going to blame it on us, then I'll tell it how it is.

Infact I pointed out that you did not mention server.

You were never able to fix the script. Never.
It did not give me problems with my old host so you fucked up during the transfer.
The new host saw the same problem and WAS able to fix it.

You did not give me anything. I paid 1500 and you never refunded even though we agreed on this.

Its been a month. The anger is gone. I just dont like you seeing garanties that mean shit. People might actually think you offer quality when you are just a reseller.

          Keep dreaming pal.

We arnt a reseller either, by the way. We own all our own hardware, racks, switches, router, and have our own support staff.

          1) youre going around telling lies
          2) you effectively STOLE money from us by never paying us for the bandwidth you used
          3) youre threating me on ICQ to keep on spreading lies, if I dont pay you $1500.

I'd be weary of any company that blantantly blames their customers for faults, then accuses them of extortion and theft on a public message board - putting the spotlight on yourself and making yourself look brighter doesn't make you look better - even worse putting a personal grudge on a board makes you look unprofessional and at best petty.

Do you see 100% network / Power uptime as an asset when a customers server continually reboots? while the above are important so is the Server - and I would avoid anyone who would claim to 99.99% > 100.00% uptime on servers - that's 52 minutes a year downtime or less.

You talk about fixing his script like that's a big thing - welcome to the world of managed servers - I personally spend time debugging and fixing code problems in other people's code on servers that I do on my own software! that's why they're with you and not using a unmanaged redhat box @rackshack for $100-300 a month.

I hope you don't spend anymore time trashing a ex-customer on here, it's bad for business.

You obviously dont know anything about the situation. I am not accusing, I am reiterating.

The big deal about fixing his script is that hes saying we didnt do anything, and his server wasnt rebooting, apache was timing out.

Theres no uptime guarantee on the servers, NO ONE offers that.

ICQ me so I can tell you what I really think about your comment, based on knowledge which is non-existant.

1: You previously stated that he effectively stole from you, further you stated he had attempted to export monies from you, by threatening to tarnish your businesses reputation. I made no mistake there.

2: You said in your original advert:
FULLY Managed - The ONLY thing you do is work on your website, that is IT.
If it was a problem with apache timing out as you state, would it not then be a problem with Apache? or at least the configuration of the server? that sounds like something that your company would fix due to the above line in your advert.

3: If you're insinuating that I do not have the knowledge of the complexities of managed servers, you're incorrect.

And now you are posting $2450/month and trying to claim quality...

I'm not even pitching a hosting company...

I guess it has more to do with the quality of the company, not the bandwidth...

100% uptime is impssible for Google for Yahoo and definably for anyone else.

This offer is for a 1U offer only, not a full rack with everything else you were talking about.

As with everyone who offers an SLA, it is a promise to do our best to maintain our offerings.

Our SLA is backed by $$ not just service credits such as with most every other host.

We have not had unscheduled network downtime in a year and counting.

You know what, you're 100% correct - I do not know the story of why you're flaming an ex-customer on the board, nor does anyone else who reads this thread (or really care on the story behind it).
When I see companies flame their ex-customers, and air their dirty laundry on public boards I can only come to one conclusion -- They're unprofessional, and if I was to use their services and 'piss them off' they'll be flaming me on public boards also.

It's a shame a ex-customer or otherwise feel's he has to tarnish your reputation on a public board, in order to get your attention and fix a perceived wrong, but feel free to keep bashing ex-customers as you see fit, I'm just saying I wouldn't use your services because of it.
