I need a customer service person with a 1800 number to take orders by phone and also give customers order status and what not. Anyone know of a service like this? Or how much do you think it would cost to hire someone to do this? It would be cool if they could also answer customer emails (we have 100+ emails a day!)

There are companies you can outsource that work to... pretty much all those late night infomercial companies use services like that. Don't know of any off hand, but depending on the volume it wold probably be cheaper to hire someone for like $12/hour. -
Fuck $12/hour. There has to be some place cheaper. I don't really want some non english speaking indian as that would prly hurt orders. Anyone want to do this shit for minimum wage?
