                                      "Rush" - Two cops (dude, chick) start doing heroin to "fit in" with the dealers they try and nab.

                                      "Permanent Midnight" -- Funny watching Ben Stiller all cranked out throwing himself against a high-rise window that won't break.

                                      "Love and a 45" -- Not really a drug movie, but a few of the main (bad) characters shoot up on some nutty stuff throughout most of it.
