This was actually created as a joke against Tony who tried to blackmail myspace by saying he'd release the source to his myspace message spammer if they didn't give him a contract for sole message rights or something allong those lines. He then flew to LA or wherever Tom @ myspace lives and upon arriving was escorted off the plane by FBI agents and was arrested. It was basically made as a joke at him.
