"Best way" and "without hurting" is a total contradiction.
Breaking up with a female, without hurting them, requires you to talk with them about everything they want to talk about for at least 24 hours over a period of two or three weeks.
This is totally destructive to the male.
Get her is a quiet but public place that you can walk away from. Break up face to face, and then walk away.
