    model/webmaster contract agreement help please....

Asking for advice from the more experienced friends here at GFY....

I have a model I am interested to develop a SGP site and need to secure a written contract beforehand - besides the obvious advice of hire a lawyer - I am looking for any help with the good and bad to include or avoid - experience is the best teacher - anyone with a sample contract for reference out there? thanks!

Forget GFY, talk to a lawyer who is well versed in the adult indsutry. Here's one of the best: http://www.lawrencewalters.com

Lots of people will throw his name around even though there are several great adult internet lawyers. Sad fact is his name is mostly tossed around by a huge number of people who more likely than not have either never met him, or just bumped into him at a seminar.

Would he be my first choice in adult internet lawyers? No, and this is not because I have never met him either. I am just leary of internet lawyers who are also patent holders for products geared toward our industry.

good advice - I will at least send him a letter - maybe he already has a related contract on file that could be customized for what I need potentially saving a few bucks.
