She may be much more recognizable now, but unfortately her site also is dead last in our lineup. With 15 girls, they can't all be #1, and there is always one on the bottom that gets her feelings hurt.
No one made money on her site, I actually lost money by hosting it and advertising it. I wish I could make every site as successful as Tawnee or Jordan or our other top girls, but sometimes it just doesn't happen.
So instead of walking away professionally, it all gets ugly in court over the bullshit hurt feelings of a website that just didn't work as well as everyone hoped.

both have virtually the same exact style tour. The only real difference is that Evita's has got boy/girl hardcore on it, whereas neither Tiffany (where Donny's sent his 1000's of visitors) nor Kinzie have any b/g hardcore.
I don't see where Donny has said he's sent significant traffic to both Evita and Kinzie, and look at the 2 tours yourself they're practically identical. So you tell me the difference.

I agree with Xpays. We need to see what claims are made.
If this is just a straight contract / release issue this thing can't settle out of court for any amount. It would set a bad precedent and MANY MORE models would use it to attack you, and other photographers, based on hurt feelings, new boyfriends, whatever.
I hope you can stand tough on this one and let her lawyer be the fool for filing a case -- The legal term "substantially frivolous, groundless, or vexatious" comes to mind real fast here.
She'll be paying YOUR attorney's fees is thats the case.
