I called some potential voters to help get people out to vote. I also went door to door and plan to do that some more. I can't stand all the lives lost because of a moron like bush that was afraid to go fight himself. Here's something for you to chew on. Bush was afraid to fight yet is ok with our troops dropping dead and doesn't do shit to stop it. Kerry on the other hand went over and fought for his country and saved lives only thing Bush has done is kill innocent people for his own gains.

You're right, no liberals donate time or money. That's why Kerry has raised nearly as much money as Bush with less coming from corporations, on top of the millions given to Dean and other candidates. That also explains way democrat get out the vote campaigns have signed up way more new voters than the republicans so far this year.

I think that that is a good question. The thing is, bush has the support of most of the christian coalition vote. These people have great control over their parishioners.

2. Put up signs and passed out bumper stickers that I purchased

I've also written emails to every news organization in my state and a few national ones, my congressmen, participated in every poll regarding the upcoming election and my candidate that I could find, actually, I can't even remember everything I've done.

I've been volunteering my time for the Bush Campaign....making calls from the local HQ in the evenings, walking the precinct on the weekends, staying very active with my group protestwarriors .....I don't have much time outside of business, but in these last few weeks I've been devoting it to Bush

You evidently do not know anything about weapon laws. Automatic "machine guns" weapons are illegal to own without a Class III Federal License, always were, and continue to be. Ifyou're talking once more about the "Assault weapon Ban" not one of the articles in the ban disabled the functionality of the weapon only the cosmetic features of the weapon.

It was a plan put into place, to make the average joe feel safer about guns.
Remember this:
Laws, including those pertaining to firearms only apply to the honest, criminals already ignore the law.
The weapon that the DC sniper used, was a legal weapon purchased under the same "Assault Weapon Ban" evidently because he did not choose the cosmetic "telescopic stock" nor the "threaded barrel" not that either would change the functionality of the weapon.

Want to feel safer? lobby your local government official requiring gun makers to make weapons tamper proof, and close the gun show loop holes -- both of these would bring about more gun safty, and responsible ownership than if a gun met a certain cosmetic look.
