I've never heard the term 'biggie' meaning a dump, and its 'bollocks', not 'bullocks'. Bollocks in interesting actually, meaning depends on content, ie:
my bollocks = my balls
that's bollocks = thats rubbish/untrue
that's THE bollocks = that's the best/the tops
