when I am in your situation, I always take something sweet, chocolate......or get not hot but cold towel and put it on your head for five minutes, it should help......

Cold towel on the forehead or back of the neck..plenty of fluid..preferably gatorade or water..salt-sounds weird but many times losing too much sodium from sweating, drinking, etc. can bring on a headache.
Also, there;s a pressure point in the "web" between your thumb and pointer finger that is supposed to help if massaged.

PS, If I have sex with a headache, it goes away WHILE I'm having sex, but the MINUTE it's over, it comes back 10xs as bad...but i get migraines, and they're not your average headache.Need Hosting? Reality Check Network services me purrrfectly!

Have someone massage your pressure points on your head (temple and between your eyes) works for me usually since i have really bad migrains if that fails try to sleep it off
