it is! really! I'm from canada too..and 90% of my friends are uncut....but I heard more than once that it was really the contrary in the USA....seems like the only reason people are cut here, is because of medical purposes....2 of my friends are cut ant it was for medical reasons...if there's no point in doing it..why would you mutilate a baby anyway?
and..like others mentioned already....once in erection...you can't tell the difference...
.if so...you have a problem..and being cut wont solve it...
