I have a 1968 custom Shovelhead that I built from scratch . . . it is kind of a project bike that I put together and take apart over the years as I try to make it perfect.
I also own a 1986 Heritage Softail. It is a limited edition motorcycle, only 1700 of them made, and it is my "go to" bike with 176k+ miles. I am the original and only owner.
My past street bikes include a 1942 45 ci flathead chopper. Typical of the late 60's early 70's with the entended front end, peanut tank, and sissy bar so long that it could poke your eye out when it was parked.
I also had a 1969 Triumph, 750 cc Trident, chopper, with a Santee hardtail frame. And I had a 1949 panhead custom chopper. I built it from scratch as a chopper in the beginning, and then as a custom restoral.
