true. that setup is better for catalog work, still lifes, or product photography.
sure the pix will look nice, but the truth is there is MUCH less lens selection in MF hardware, and for internet these digital back cameras are less capable than full frame canon bodies (Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II, etc.)
you really need zooms when shooting smut and working fast. hassy has very limited zoom selection, and the ones they have are slow compared to newest generation 35mm based gear.
nowadays jap lenses are the sharpest in the world, and canon is on top right now.
