Yet another SOLUTION TO TUBE SITES
obviously quantity is winning over quality right now ( kind of )
So heres an idea.
A central company that hosts a database of flv's from all the sponsors. So all major sponsors submit their flv's to one place for tube sites to hotlink, this would give "legal" tube sites tons and tons of videos to work with. Tube sites must apply for a FREE license to use the flv's for their tube site. tube sites that are not in compliance dont get to use the huge database.
You could either charge the sponsors a fee to host their flv's or charge the tube sites a small license fee to use the database.
At the very least affiliates are asking already for direct flv lists amyways and sponsors are providing them but in varying formats , this would make it easier for everyone.

i seem to remember something about this. Same basic idea but i think having the clips hosted in one central place makes it easier to regulate who gets to use them
