One of the fears of potential NATS clients is that they will no longer be capable of running their business should Too Much Media, makers of the NATS system, go out of business as they will not have access to the source code of the NATS system in order to continue to refine and develop it.
Too Much Media has entered into an Escrow Agreement with the law firm of Evans Osborne & Kreizman to provide the distribution of the NATS source code to all clients should Too Much Media LLC cease operations. Evans Osborne & Kreizman will maintain a copy of the NATS source code and a list of all NATS clients updated on a regular basis.
A copy of the escrow agreement, signed by all parties, is available to any NATS client at any time.
This should allow all current and future NATS clients to rest assured that their business is in their hands not ours.
Also, just so everyone knows; Too Much Media is in a VERY stable position and we do not forsee this ever happening. This escrow agreement has been made so that anyone who may worry about needing it does not need to worry.
