DamageX Approach: Who Can Build Me This
If I want a 5 TGP network built, and developed.
Including:
-Trade script installed.
-Thumbs rotators.
-Listed on Chameleon, etc.
-Build with my affiliate codes.
-Links, trades, etc.
-Build up the traffic nicely.
-Insert ad network.
You would need to develop, and manage it to the point I need. You will do it in benchmarks. You must sign a contract so there is no misunderstanding, no shady bullshit, etc. I want this as automated as possible, but able to maintain traffic that I throw at it.

Give me a quote on this. Whether you are doing it as a contract job, or $100.00 a week, split revenues, whatever. Once established, it should not be much to maintain, and I either have the person stay on. Or I have one of my assistants take over the day-to-day.
