    Issue with graphics and maybe Vista -Help!?

    I am having a problem with PNG and PSD layered files as not showing up as actual layers in photoshop or Vegas, now that I switched over to Vista from my XP box, I'm assuming this is a system problem not a specific program. Anyone else have this problem?

      PNG wouldn't have layers.. a .psd would.. I don't see why the OS would have anything to do with this bug..

      Photoshop fucks up and has weeeird errors like this.. reset the preferences.. works for me for most problems..

          well I just installed PS3 so I haven't touched anything, and the PSD and PNG, both with no backgrounds are showing up as white backgrounds

              nevermind I figured it out, apparently there was some corruptness that occurred while I transferred the file over from XP to Vista via my server, sending it via an upload on imageshack worked..just in case anyone else has this problem

                  Doesn't matter if you change settings or not Photoshop just gets some weird bugs and resetting the preferences often fixes them.
