in tokyo... go to the gas panic bar.. its an expat hangout. So the girls who are there are looking for foriegners. Its an easy place to find, once there.. pick up timeout tokyo magazine its a whats on in tokyo but in english.
Both times i have been to tokyo.. it was easy as shit to score.
