I was not going to post on this thread because it started to turn into a pissing match and I usually avoid those. But then I just wanted to try and clear the air a bit because it's starting to stink in here.

FuqALot, I don't recall speaking with you (then again I don't know who you are ) I am not tech or standard support guy like you said. I do try to be friendly to all clients so thanks for recognizing that.

I appologize for any problems you may have had. In any business you have to do all you can to keep customers happy and that is very important to me.

As any hosting company knows you have to treat the little fish as well as the big fish with top notch service and support.

1. The small virtual accounts add up and are a huge part of any host's business.

2. The small virtual accounts very often upgrade to dedicated servers and then some. As their business grows so does the hosting plan.

For you and Master_Yoba, hit me up and I will take care of you. As to extend an Olive Branch I offer each of you a Free virtual starter account for a year. If Mike says no, I will personally pay for it!
