Houston now has voluntary evacs - although back in 2001 there was a tropical storm that came in at the same general path as this one (note a TS is real low winds) and Houston had floods everywhere with a lot of areas two feet deep - if this thing weakens a little it still will hit Houston with major devastation and the chemical plants causing toxic wastelands (damn I should be a Fox reporter)
