Yeah I filled up at $2.96 today at the "no name" gas station in town. The US is still only at 90% capacity for refining with the other 10% totally fucked up and out of commission from Katrina, and if Rita hits texas the way its supposed to, it will knock out another 30-40% capacity that sits in tx. Time to find a moped.

$4 a gallon? The major refineries are in Houston, and Galveston. More like $10 a gallon if they shut down.
