Smokey, it's Toolz new program. It's for real.. lol
It's a nice system where you promote the movie scenes and the surfer gets free access to the database on joining.
Including browsing all of the sample clips and jpg's, with the ability to download the full scene in high or low resolution.
When you join as a webmaster, you can pop right into the subscriber area and check it out for yourself.
They have a nice marketing system with TMGP templates which you can customize with the niche and clips of your choice, Site templates where you essentially build a hosted tour with clips of your choice. Even a recip manager for your TMGP's if you'll be submitting them.. Also Splash pages.
You can also send direct to keyworded search results pages.
Anyway, it's clearly not some scam program by any stretch..
