    Urgent --I need an instant virtual host account - paypal

    The important thing is it needs to have its nameserver set up through NameCheap - that way I can transfer domains and they will propagate straight away. About 40 domains need to go on the account - but they can be aliased, as I will just be using it for a 404/info page.

    My dedicated server host and I have had a falling out so this is really urgent.

    I will be shopping around for a dedicated server as well. I just need to get at least a 404/info page up.

                              I needed one temporarily a week ago. They'll say 10 minutes but it'll still be 3 hours. Still, they definately have burstable bandwidth, way worth it for a virtual. I'll be keeping the account as a backup. (my old backup went out of business, unknown to me, when my dedicated fucked up).

                                                      Let me see if I understand correctly. You want the host to register their NS thru a designated registrar? Good luck on that one.
