Just what we feared. If the temps stay that high somebody is gonna get stomped. This is going to be a scary and close one. Looks like more storms are forming in the Atlantic as low pressure systems are being detected. God help us if this storm turns out to be another Hurricane Mitchell. That storm is still in my nightmares. Nobody paid any attention til the last minute. Killed over 10,000 from flooding.
I don't know what cities are on the Texas coast so I'm going to look.
Everybody in the keys was ordered mandatory evacuation and because there's only one road out the road is jammed.
I think the reason the U.S. is so slow to respond and handle things is because so much of our resources and attention are focused on non-American priorities and we get caught short.
