    Labor Unions = DINOSAURS

    discuss.

    Assuming that you all are fellow business owners, I would think there's a majority opinion that unions are bad for the economy and jacks up inflation. Then again, Im prepared for suprises

          Exactly. Why the fuck be forced to hire 5 when 1 guy and a machine can do the job of 5 guys?

              At one point unions were very important...employers abused employees and unions helped put a stop to that. Workers were paid a fair wage and they were able to feel more security in their jobs. Now though, for many it has gone too far, wages do not always reflect the job position etc.

                  I do not think that way either.

                  Hire a strong workforce that has a vested interest in the company doing well, pay them based on company income, and keep the difference in scales of upper management and low end worker under 40%.
