My hosting company is excellent. I don't know shit about tech stuff so they've got to hold my hand a lot.
Speedy responses anytime i've needed anything done=) Never had any downtime yet.
Tech support is very important to me though.. i hate having to explain what needs fixed to a host. CAUSE I DON'T KNOW =)
http://www.reflected.net is pretty good =) They are the 1st host i've used on such a hardcore basis. So i don't know how they match up vs others.
They are strict as hell on their rules though =) But thats okay. -
