$5k is realistic, I wouldnt do it for anything less

I personally would wonder about hiring someone who simply copies someone elses work plan and changes the prices rather than writing their own work plan based on what they think should be done.
The client is looking for someone who has a sense of direction for the project. You only provided a copy of the direction I already formulated.
What happens if she needs to change direction during the project? Are you going to email me and request a list of tasks to make this adjustment?
The client is not just looking for a tour or a logo or a hosted gallery script.
She is looking for a "project manager" that will produce a money making website regardless of any particular task that could be involved.
