One was a post on a message board. Words, that did not harm. I didn't even threaten, the word I used was wish. You don't think that's a little different than threatening physical damage? Whatever floats your boat. Worst case scenario for you is your feonsay explaining to your daughter why her father got himself shot. Best case is she's explaining why you're all busted up or in jail. Good thing she has responsible people like you her life.
