YouTube domains, ilegal?

Hi mates,
Maybe can someone help me out about a question.

Someone has told me that I can get troubles If I use a domain with a youtube word in there.
For example: http://www.youtube-porn.org

He said:
"you're gonna get shut down/sued if you keep that logo, possibly the domain itself is enough"

Is that true?

YouTube is a registered trademark of Google... I'd be careful with that.

Yeah, if you use the words 'YouTube', they will take it from you.

That's not to say they own the [...]Tube market though, RedTube exists quite happily (but the whois is private on that one, so I can't prove that it's not Google again ).

If you can find a catchy [...]Tube name, it might work.

i´d be careful with it.

youtube has a right on the name and it is a trademark of google.

google is very restrictive with adult sites especially, so you´d better don´t do it... imo.
