I would suggest going back and re-reading those articles as well as doing a little deeper research into how the government has historically dealt with cracking down on pornography. The government is doing what they have done for years... use CP as an EXCUSE to crack down on legitimate adult entertainment. The Anti-CP language, while obviously meant to cover the production of child porn, is largely a selling point to the media, the masses, and fellow congressmen to accomplish the bigger goal which is to reign in the adult industry in general. If this bill passes, it actually makes it easy for them to search you (now it is a criminal offense to try and stop them at all) as well as SIEZE your business holdings. Not to mention that this also now makes it criminal to produce obscenity in cases that 2257 did not priginally specify. This bill actually covers MORE people than the current 2257 regulations do... and even those who only focus on mere nudity in many cases. If you think it does not pertain to you, and you are a US webmaster, you have one hell of a surprise headed your way.
