The only photoshop on that image is facial re-touch. That was straight out of the camera - an RZ67 with an Imacon 11mp back.
I lit the scene with all hotlights. For lighting I used a 4k Mole Solar Spot as the main light with a grid spot (from above down through the silk). I used LTM 400 peppers for the light on the drapes.
I diffused it overhead with a 14' x 14' mole 1/2 stop china silk.
Thats the reason for the smooth wrapping light, why it looks so warm, and why Angel's skin's natural oil shines.
