I'm selling Pornworld Alexa 40,318. Site has been live since 2006.
I need to sell this site very fast, I'm flipping a house and need more money then planned for the reno.
Traffic: Past 6 months average anywhere from 35k to 15k depends if I
submit. ( august average 10K daily ) I submitted 3 times so far.
According to google anal, 71% ref., 17% SE, 11% direct ( SE is
anywhere from 3k to 5k daily )
revenue: Past 6 months average
sales, cpm, cpc: $1155.00 monthly
4 chosen and 300x250: $320 monthly
Monthly : $1475.00 not counting hardlink sales
The site doesn't have that many trade partners ( about 30 ) and I don't submit or update daily, I have a good load of traffic owed to this site, so growing it will be easy and even SE will grow fast if updated daily. ( I've been busy with the flip )
I will consider any offer over $3000, BIN is set at $7000
Payment: If high offer ( paypal or escrow ) if low ( paypal or epass ) obviously ideal for me would be epass ( fast ) so I will consider selling at low price if so.
