Take a packet of BC with a Coke in the morning and you'll be just fine. Tastes nasty...but here's how you do it. Take the BC powder and pour it under your tongue, then pour the Coke in the back of your mouth, real quick throw your head back. The powder should turn into a ball, swallow. Wait 20 minutes- Headache gone. But don't forget to eat something or it will come back. You should probably grab a Powerade too....SIG TOO BIG!
