Nah, I don't think that will be an issue unless you really fuck up. Not like it's NBA.com, and whatever you do with it, it will most likely be promoting the NBA in some way.

There are a lot of sites out there with NBA in the url ...

http://www.nbadraft.net/ is an example of a bigger bastketball related site that is not affiliated with the NBA.

There are also a lot of other organizations that use the abbreviation NBA ...

The National Bar Association, National Business Association, National Band Association ....
