Yes! Well said there. To be able to burn off 2 lbs of fat a week is very good. I can do it. I can actually burn off more, but it's because of my metabolism. Once I fire it up it don't stop. People on both sides of my family exhibit extraordinary strength, and they can eat like there's no tomorrow. My mom was opposite. She was strong as you wouldn't believe but rarely weighed more than 120lbs.

We're all different and that's the key to optimizing fat. fat ain't bad but too much of it is deadly.
