Thanks, man...
He was an amazing guy. A Naval academy grad, decorated Fighter Pilot War Vet, and was just about to get out and attend Harvard Biz School in the fall.
Then he was diagnosed with severe kidney cancer about 6 months ago. Strongest man I ever knew. Gone at 34. I'm not sad anymore...just grateful to have known him. And motivated to do some good.

After genetics, the trick is consistency. I haven't gone more than a month without working out since I was 16. Never HARD workouts...just consistent. And being careful with the diet. Thanks!

Will do. Most of those pics were ones that other people sent us. Tassy just finished going through ours and we'll post asap. We got some great shots, but, truthfully, we didn't put much energy into documenting this year. We'll try to share as many flavors as we can.

I quit my gym after meeting tassy. Keeping her satisfied is the best workout I've ever had. (And we both have good genetics)
