well, how is it converting for you?

It's original. that's always good. The only thing it needs is teaser samples, to get your surfers horny.

All its truly lacking is a little more personality and some blinking things.

Moving thigns are cool.

My own traffic 1:139 average this month
Partners 1:86 average this month

So that's not bad.
But, I think it lacks something, and it could be the flashy things, but I cant do them very well
I think the idea is there, needs a wiz with Photoshop to do the business. (my opinion), just wanted to know if you agree

sounds good ( of course you need to keep in mind the type of traffic being sent). if you want to change anything, i'd make a different version of the tour, put it up for a couple of days and look at the conversions. be ready to put the old one up asap if things drop.

It's interesting to me how your own traffic isn't doing as well as your partner traffic -- normally you see just the opposite since resellers very rarely target traffic as well as you would for your own site.

I don't think it's a very exciting tour but if you are doing those numbers on decents amounts of traffic then that makes no difference.

I like the Key Features, personally I'd move that up towards the top --

Another thing I really like is how you spell it out to the surfer as to what they can expect from the membership -- I'm really curious now as to your retention

DO NOT get a designer to redo your site. No one ever logged in to wank over a fancy page design.

Quiet has a point, try to fine tune it and watch for an improvement.

I think my own traffic have been so used to getting freebies for 5 years non stop, they are reluctant to join. I update a weekly site at http://www.teendreams.com and also a daily site at http://www.girl-friend.com

That's basicly my "traffic".

I have several partners who are targetting traffic very nicely, and getting very good conversions. It helps with the reviews, we're placed along side or above the big guys like Karups and AMTK, hence, good conversions!

Our retention is very good, averaging 3.5 months. But we give them so much its a steal!. 2 plugins both sepearte sites ( Net Video Girls and Viv Thomas Video) worth over $50/monthly had you joined them separately and 3000 pics a week added ourselves. many exclusive we shoot ourselves.

Our conversions should be better, I know they are good, but they can improve. We've got one of the best Members areas going, the reviews have proved it, now if only we had the traffic ! And a tour to match the members area!

I was hoping Amp or whomever may come along and say we could do something nice for you for $xyz. I think I'd give it a shot.
