    Contacting Webair

    Hi,
    I've been trying to e-mail webair the past few days. I'm getting auto replies but no human responses. Any ideas as to what might be up?

    I dont use ICQ and I'm not in the US so I can't really phone at a practical time

    ??

                      Tried the support form and the direct e-mail to Mike.

                      Not based in New Orleans are they?

                      How the feck can I get them to answer a few questions I have before hosting with them? I thought their customer service was considered really good by everyone...I'm starting to have my doubts now.
